Terms and Conditions

Booking

Please order at least one day before you need the games. All bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp before they are final.

Refundable deposit

Every rental carries a refundable deposit, shown separately at checkout. It is not part of the rental price. The deposit is returned in full once all items come back on time, complete and undamaged. The deposit is capped at J$5,000 per order.

Late returns

Games returned late are charged J$500 per day, per item, deducted from the deposit. After 7 days an item is treated as not returned, and the full deposit is kept toward replacing it.

Damage and missing pieces

If an item comes back damaged or with pieces missing, the cost of repair or replacement is deducted from the deposit.

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection are charged separately for each leg of the journey, at the rates shown at checkout. Please be available at the agreed time.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.

• When paying cash on delivery, please provide your bank account details so your deposit can be refunded after the items are returned.
• When paying by bank transfer, delivery is arranged once the funds have cleared.

Use of games

Games are rented as they are. Verandah Vibes is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from their use.
